RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR SAFETY AND ENJOYMENT FOR ALL CAMPERS • Check-In / Checkout Times: 3PM / 2PM for site campers. Additional Charge for Early Arrival or Late Check-out. • Check-In / Checkout Times: 3PM / 11AM for "cottage rental" campers. Additional Charge for Early Arrival or Late Check-out. • All Persons (Campers and their Guests/Visitors) MUST REGISTER AND PAY UPON ARRIVAL, BEFORE SETTING UP. All guests are the responsibility of the registered campers. Campers must register and acknowledge their guests. • All Vehicles must display a valid camp pass. • Only One or Two Vehicle(s) and One standard camping unit at each site. Park extra cars at the parking areas in front of main building or assigned by Campground Management. • Quiet Hours: Weekends and Holidays: 11 PM – 8 AM; Weekdays: 10 PM – 8 AM. Excessive Noise or Boisterous Behavior will NOT be tolerated anytime. No one will be disturbed by you or from your campsite during the quiet hours. • Do Not Move Tables to or from other sites. Please ask us first. If granted, please put them back. • Campfires shall not be left unattended and must be extinguished before retiring. Do not move fire rings!! • NO OUTSIDE FIREWOOD ALLOWED! U.S. Dept. of Agriculture prohibited firewood transportation into the campground to protect us from contracting disease or insects that will harm our trees. • Use of Electric (space) heaters is not permitted. • Restroom: For Toiletry and Showering Use only. Washing clothes and dishes, loitering, and horse-playing are not permitted. Carrying hot water from restroom is not permitted, too. • Young/Small Children must be accompanied by supervising adults in the rest rooms, pool, playground/recreation area, and pond. All children must be at their sites by 9:30 PM weekdays and 10:30 PM weekends/holidays. • Water outlets at your sites: Do not wash clothes. Do not leave water running nor dump large amount of water on the ground. Do not use it to clean sewer outlets. • Do not WASH vehicles, campers, trucks or boats. • Seals must be used on all sewer connections. Dumping of sink, gray or black water onto the ground is prohibited by PA State Law. • No cutting, nailing, digging, planting or trimming trees/plants. • Respect Site Boundaries. Do not expand into brush or woods. • Pets: All owners must bring proof of all vaccines from their veterinarians. Pets must belong to the registered campers. All pets must be leashed, attended and controlled (especially barking) at all times. Clean-up of all pet debris is required. They are not permitted in playground, pool area, restrooms, and any buildings. • Dumpster is for regular trash during your camping stay. Please compact large items and plastic bottles. No Trash from home allowed! • Swimming Pool: Follow posted pool rules at the pool. Failure to comply will result in loss of pool privileges. Children under15 must be supervised and responsible Adult must be in the pool area. • NO Riding bikes & scooters after DARK! PA law requires children to wear helmets. • Campground facilities and Equipment are to be used at your own risk. The Management does not assume liability for loss or damage to persons or property. • Emergency: 911 • Should an unexpected situation arise, we may need to reassign campers to different sites. • Anyone violating the rules and regulations above, destroying property, or creating a disturbance shall be evicted without a refund. Reservation & Cancellation Policy ++++For more specific deposit information; go to the Rates page++++ Sites can be reserved only with deposit. Cancellation Policy : If notified 14 days prior to reservation, a credit, good for one year, will be issued for deposit amount less $10.00 fee. Sorry, no refunds.. We reserve the right to substitute or refuse sites should an unexpected situation arise. We reserve the right to declare partial or complete evacuation should safety become the issue (hurricane, state of emergency mandatory evacuation, etc.) Your camper is your responsibility, including having the good insurance coverages. ALL GUESTS MUST REGISTER AT OFFICE IMMEDIATELY UPON ENTERING THE CAMPGROUND. |
